Garry R. Lee, M.D., was Recognized as one of the Top Physicians in the USA for Best Facial Injectable Enhancement at The 2012 Aesthetic Show, the Marquee National Event for Medical Aesthetic Professionals–in Competition with the Top Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, and Cosmetic Physicians in the Country.  He is a Credentialed Clinical Instructor & Speaker for Allergan Medical Facial Aesthetics to teach Nevada Physicians & Nurses “hands-on” cosmetic injection techniques.  In Calendar Year 2010 and 2011, Dr. Lee’s BOTOX® Cosmetic, Juvéderm® Injectable Gel, & Latisse® Practice Ranked in the Top Ten (of ~200 Allergan Medical Clinics) in the State of Nevada–even compared to practices with several cosmetic physicians–who were established years longer.

Dr. Lee is Medical Director of Aestheque (formerly, the Horizon Ridge Wellness Clinic), established in February 2001 as the Pre-Eminent VIP Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic in Nevada.  Dr. Lee (also known as Dr. Glee) specializes in non-surgical procedures such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, Juvederm™ Injectable Gel–the #1 USA cosmetic wrinkle filler, Restylane®, sclerotherapy–for spider veins, Adult VIP Weight-Loss Medicine, and Cosmetic & Wellness Laser Technology.  Dr. Lee has done Cosmetic Injection Training for Physicians, Physician Assistants, & Nurses for Allergan since 2009.  In June 2010, Dr. Lee was the Featured Speaker for Allergan for Las Vegas Physicians and Nurses at the Green Valley Ranch Resort.  Dr. Lee was also the Featured Physician Interviewed on TV’s Popular Face to Face (with Jon Ralston and Dana Gentry) in September of 2009 on Cosmetic Injection Trends in the State of Nevada.

In October 2009, Dr. Lee brought the first Zerona Body Sculpting Laser here and we became the Top Zerona Medical Clinic in Nevada for SDMI for the Year 2010.

In August 2009, Dr. Lee taught the Aesthetic Workshop for the Nevada Academy of Family Physicians Summer Continuing Medical Education (CME) Meeting for 80-90 Family Physicians at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.  He described and demonstrated Dysport, Botox® Cosmetic, Restylane, Juvéderm® Injectable Gel, and Sclerotherapy Treatments for Spider Veins.

Allergan also selected Dr. Lee to participate in the JET Research Trial in 2007, where he helped evaluate patient satisfaction with the results of Juvéderm® Injectable Gel before it was commercially available to physicians and to the public.  He was appointed to the Medicis (Restylane®) National Aesthetics Advisory Council, is the recipient of two Medicis Platinum Awards, and was designated by Medicis the Number One (#1) Restylane® Medical Practice in the State of Nevada for the Year 2006.  Dr. Lee’s Clinic was also recognized by Thermage as the winner of two prestigious Pinnacle Awards, reserved only for the best Thermage Radio-Frequency Skin-Tightening Clinics in Nevada.  In February 2001, he was the Pioneer to bring the first Lumenis Vaculight HR Intense-Pulsed-Light/1064 Nd:YAG Laser for skin resurfacing and hair removal to Henderson, Nevada.  He was also the Founder of the Horizon Ridge Wellness Clinic, the very first true Med-Spa here (before the term “Med-Spa” was even coined) with onsite VIP Spa Services such as Massage Therapy and Aesthetician Facials and Chemical Peels integrated into his Cosmetic Injection Practice.  Dr. Lee is Medical Advisor to Madame Et Monsieur, the International Electro-Body Sculpting conglomerate and was appointed Assistant Instructor in Sclerotherapy (Spider Vein Treatments) for the National Procedures Institute, the pre-eminent organization for teaching medical procedures to physicians throughout the United States.

The Horizon Ridge Wellness Clinic (Aestheque) was featured on TV’s Face to Face, Contact 13 Television, on Sunny 106.5 Radio, and in news articles of the Las Vegas Review Journal;  and In Business–Las Vegas. It was the first medical clinic in Las Vegas and Henderson designed according to the ancient Chinese Art of Feng Shui, and is a setting of amethyst crystal water fountains, crystal chandeliers, ancient fossils, and a sense of peacefulness and tranquility.

Dr. Lee was the Acclaimed Director of the Nellis Air Force Base Anti-Tobacco Program as an Air Force Major, Medical Vice-President of the NE Las Vegas American Cancer Society, First Vice-President of the Summerlin Lion’s Club, and was awarded the Life Saver Award by the American Cancer Society.  Before choosing civilian life over the military, he was selected for hospital chief-of-staff (SGH) by the USAF Military Personnel Command.  He is a member of the American Society of Bariatric (Weight-Loss) Physicians and the Clark County Medical Society.  Due to the phenomenonal demand for his cosmetic services and his insistence on personalized care, he limits his general practice only to Adult VIP Bariatric Medicine.  Dr. Lee was awarded the Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship and is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Medicine where he was awarded Letters of Commendation in Family Practice, OB/GYN, and Preventive Medicine.  At Grant Medical Center’s Family Practice Residency he took Honors in Special Care Nursery, Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, Urology, ENT, and Pediatrics.

As an Air Force Captain, he was appointed by the commanding general to take over the Air Force Institute of Technology’s Safety Program–which had just received a Marginal Safety Inspection Rating–and in a single year, led it to the only Outstanding Safety Inspection Rating in the entire Air Force Major Command.  Born in Hawaii, he was elected Student Body Vice-President of Waipahu High School, was awarded an Air Force ROTC Scholarship, the Charles R. Hemingway Scholarship, a State of Hawaii Scholarship, the American Legion Leadership Award, and an Honors Degree from the University of Hawaii-Manoa.
